Simple to Use, made to be user friendly and optimized for speed. eAPISfile allows you to streamline and meet eAPIS and CBP requirements in a fast and simple way. It will keep a detailed database of your crew, aircrafts, manifests crew and passengers in a friendly easy to use interface designed for quick data entry and error proofing, allowing you to re-use the data as required making future filings a snap. eAPISfile allows you to quickly create new manifests extremely fast for both your Outbound and Inbound manifest in one easy step. One of the big time savers for our members is you can store, clone and edit an infinite number of Airplanes, Pilots, Routes/manifests and Passenger information. Remember you have to send them that information twice - Inbound and outbound. Thus with our system you do not need to retype it every time. My experience the first time I filed via eAPIS was over 3 hrs of data gathering and trial and error and data entry. Below we have provided you the information and the means to reduce that to 1/2 hr for the first time and then do it in under 60 Sec for subsequent filings for the same route or passengers. Liga and Flying Samaritan pilots do not even have to type there passenger information because it is automatically transferred from the Pilot manifest systems. Your eAPIS Confirmation Number. Please print or copy your Confirmation number down after filing your eAPIS Documents and take it with you on your trip This is Only a Confirmation that the eAPIS XML Document was sent to eAPIS and was received. You will receive a Confirmation via email from eAPIS CBP that will have the same Confirmation Number that is provide via our website. If you do not receive that email after filing, contact US Customs & Border Protection (Local CBP Office). Without it AND a Verbal Clearance you are NOT cleared to enter or Depart or Enter the USA. For verbal clearance, Please contact the CBP port listed in the transmission or as listed in the eAPIS Port of Entry Guide or CBP Port Contacts . If you are having problems receiving confirmation emails from CBP, Please contact Private.Aircraft.Support@dhs.gov for assistance. Add Edits or Deletes to your eAPIS Confirmation Number. The following is a communication re Edits & Deletes from the eAPIS field office. "Once you have submitted a manifest through eAPIS, if you need to add additional travelers, you can submit another manifest with the same flight information. It is not necessary to resubmit the travelers that have already been transmitted, but you will need to resubmit the pilot each time as eAPIS always requires a pilot for each manifest. For deleting travelers, once a manifest has been submitted, travelers cannot be deleted. It is not necessary to do anything further. Changing of airports and/or times does not need to be completed in eAPIS as long as the flight is on the same date. For these changes, please contact the affected CBP airport. If there is a change to the date of a flight, a new manifest should be submitted through eAPIS. eApis does not currently have the option available to cancel a manifest once it has been submitted. To ensure that a CBP officer does not respond to a cancelled flight, please contact the affected CBP airport to advise of the cancellation." If you need general Support or are having problems receiving confirmation emails from CBP, Please contact Private.Aircraft.Support@dhs.gov for assistance. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact them directly at: Note: If you are changing the DATE - The only option is to re-file the FULL Plan. It's very easy via our website. We would also recommend a full re-file if you are changing landing locations. Since you do not have to re-enter PAX on our system you can just make your edits and re-file with the full PAX list. Thus, we would recommend you do a full re-file for any changes since its less work to do that via our software. Tell us how we can make it better. We are always looking to improve the system.
