For CBP processing, General Aviation (GA) aircraft are comprised of private and non-scheduled, commercial aircraft. For all arrivals to and departures from the United States, Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) manifest information is required of all General Aviation operators. The APIS manifest is the virtual representation of all GA flights. As such, pilots and operators of GA aircraft are responsible for transmitting APIS manifest information that is correct, valid, accurate, complete, and transmitted within specified timeline requirements. |
You need to use this website to Register and obtain a USA CBP SenderID. if NOT Using eAPISfile.com - APIS, the CBP web portal for GA APIS transmissions, can also be accessed on the eAPIS website. |

(Nice Concept - But it Does NOT work for GA Aviation. Also, the View My Travel History lookup does not work. Hopefully they will get it working in the Future.) CBP ONE: Pilots are encouraged to utilize the CBP One mobile app, available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. While features are still being rolled out, this app will eventually be a single portal for CBP services. CBP MOBILE PRIMARY: Many CBP locations are now using a system known as Mobile Primary, which allows officers to screen and process crew and passengers using a mobile app on their government-issued smartphones. This allows screening to occur plane-side, allowing for quicker processing. While the app uses photos taken of crew and passengers, the photos are only used for comparison with ID photos already on file with CBP. |

No Fly List : Almost every government agency has a terrorist watchlist: there is the TSA No Fly list, the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, a State Department List, and an FBI list. As these lists grow, so do the number of innocent people flagged as suspected terrorists. It doesn't take that much to be flagged. All you need to have is a name that is almost like one on a list. What can you do to find out if you are one of those people? And what can you do if you are flagged? Unfortunately, there is still no full recourse for the innocent. But here are some steps you can take. |
Sanctions List Search, By Sanctions Program. The Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the US Department of the Treasury administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions based on US foreign policy and national security goals against targeted foreign countries and regimes, terrorists, international narcotics traffickers, those engaged in activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and other threats to the national security, foreign policy or economy of the United States. |
